With over 15 years of experience in court reporting,
I have a proven track record of accuracy, speed, meeting deadlines and professionalism. I specialize
in taking hearings in front of associate judges and subbing in
court for official court reporters. I will also take
depositions on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a hearing scheduled in front of an associate judge in Dallas or Tarrant County that does not have a court reporter assigned to their courtroom but you need a record, I am highly experienced in court hearings and ready to help.
Whether you need a day, a week, or even a month off to play catch-up or meet a transcript deadline, I have your back. I understand you need time off for appointments, vacations, transcript deadlines, maternity leave, kiddos, your sanity, or just life. That's where I come in. Your court will be in expert hands.
I will take depositions on a case-by-case basis, but the majority of my work is at the courthouse.
Need a recording transcribed? I'm here to help. The quality of the recording needs to be clear, discernible and audible for an accurate transcription.
Easily pay your bill using our secure and user-friendly online payment platform.
Please Note: Court Records - full payment is required up front. Once payment is received, I will start transcribing your record.
I am a Duncanville High School graduate and attended the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas. I was Certified by the Supreme Court of Texas as a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 2009 by Machine Shorthand and have been reporting ever since.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Bryce, since 2005, and we have two boys together that are very active in multiple sports, but baseball is our family's true passion.
We can be found most evenings and weekends at the ball field living in the moment and enjoying the boys play ball.

Court reporting is the process of creating a written record of legal proceedings, including depositions, trials, and hearings. Make sure your court reporter is certified by the Supreme Court of Texas. You can ask for their Texas CSR number if you are unsure. Every person holding themselves out as a "court reporter" should be certified by the Supreme Court of Texas - accept nothing less!
Emily strives to provide deposition transcripts and most court hearing transcripts within
10-14 business days of the deposition date or the order date of a hearing for normal turnaround. Some lengthy court hearings or trials are subject to a longer turnaround. Rush/expedite services are also available. Please communicate any deadlines you may have to ensure you have your record in time!
